Dragon Studios (TileArt's predecessor) was the name I worked under in early days. Then good friend Golda Goldberg joined me and creativity sparked. Golda and I shared a love of Mexico where we had both travelled, and an appreciation of Mexican tiles, used abundantly as a decorative cladding on many fabulous domes and churches and walls in their towns and cities. Check out the town Puebla as an example. Golda and I developed the innovative air-brush glazing technique that TileArt uses today. We had an exhibition that was a remarkable success and had great fun while collaborating on a whole range of projects together.
